Fibers - Large amounts of fiber should be made an essential part of your diet. A diet, which contains a large amount of fiber, will help in removing all the toxins and impurities present in the body. This will automatically help in reducing the fats, which are present in the body. Whole grains, nuts and seeds contain a lot of fiber.
Fruits and vegetables - A lot of fresh fruits and vegetables should be made a part of your diet in order to reduce the fat, which is present around your belly. All the nutrients and vitamins, which are essential for your body, will definitely be found in fresh fruits and vegetables. But eating too many fruits will make the body retain a lot of water and this can also increase the sugar content in the body.
