I wanted to talk to you about how to get ripped abs at home. I know a lot of people don't have the first clue on how to do this. They think they know how to do it, but they're completely ignorant. I'm sure if doing hundreds of sit ups each day was what it took to get abs, that we'd all have them. It isn't that easy. It's much different than most people really understand. Since we've covered that sit ups don't matter, you need to know what matters; diet. The food you eat is going to determine your results. Abs are made in the kitchen and that's where you're going to have to dedicate your time. You have to build a diet that encourages your body to consume fat, while leaving the lean muscle mass (ie: abs). That means you have to start eating smaller meals more often. This will help balance out your protein intake all day long, plus it will boost your metabolism, so your body targets fat.
To get ripped abs at home, you're going to need to workout. The only difference is that you don't have to workout endlessly on your stomach. Workout your entire body because that burns more calories. The more calories you burn, the more fat your body consumes. The idea is to get rid of all that fat, so your abs will show.
